Instruções de uso
Cápsulas alcalinas: 2 até 5 cápsulas com 200 ml de água ou suco fresco, três vezes ao dia, em qualquer horário. Use preferencialmente água pura sem flúor.
Sachês Probióticos: 1 sachê probiótico misturado em 200ml de água (ou suco fresco), logo pela manhã, com o estômago vazio. Ou 30 minutos antes ou depois de qualquer refeição.
Cloretos Essenciais: 10 a 30 gotas de Cloretos Essenciais em 200ml de água ou suco fresco, uma a três vezes por dia, incluindo uma à tarde ou 1 hora antes de dormir. Tome entre as refeições para uma melhor absorção. Preferencialmente use em água pura não fluoretada.

Although I am a difficult case with my severe Ulcerative Colitis, I am seeing some positive signs. I believe that these positive sings will increase as I continue on this program.

This is a very easy protocol to follow...no huge capsules to swallow, just pleasant drinks and small PH caps which I am finding to be extremely to my plus 10 major digestive problem. I believe my Lord led me to Progurt, as I have tried everything..I am not on it that long and have a way to go but down to a 5 or 6 most days and am thrilled. Their customer service is 2nd to none and recommend everyone with digestive issues to give this a try. You won't be dissappointed!
