Alkaline, mineralised Sea Salt can have a profound effect on hydration, circulation and the appropriate regulation of gut PH, all fundamental for digestion and a balanced, harmonious microbiota. Being high dosage, vegan-friendly vegetable capsules, they are rapidly absorbed.
5 x PH Caps with 7oz (200ml) of water or freshly pressed juice, three times daily. Or as required. (Any time throughout the day. Before, after and during meals is all 100% okay. Makes no difference.) Please use in pure, non-fluoridated water.

From day 1, I felt a positive difference in my body. I felt a calmness that I hadn't felt in a very long time, and my skin was visibly more hydrated within a few days. And to my shocking surprise, I was not as thirsty all day long as I was prior to taking the PH CAPs. I would definitely recommend this product. I have started using Probiotic sachets, Immuno Protein and PH Caps and have definitely noticed an improvement in my 48 year old hormonal skin. My quality of sleep also has improved. Will be trying more of the range to see what other benefits these amazing products will have on me :-)

I was curious about what these little capsules might do. The recommended daily dose is way more than my body can tolerate consuming supplements/vitamins - I take 2 each day (1 in the morning, and another during dinner) and I can fell my stomach digesting itself :) Definitely worth a try to see how it benefits you - I just reordered them myself.
